Description
Take charge of your health with the free healthcare fair! Walk-ins are welcome, or call (352) 317-2779 to make an appointment. Services available include: diagnostic testing (A1C, Cholesterol, BP), consultation with a physician, prescription and referral services, UF Center for Autism screenings, pediatric and family care (WIC), referral for assistance with insurance coverage, and applications for hearing test screenings.
